With my background, I have extensive knowledge in wine and beer. I’m currently the Head Chef and Catering Director at Vin De Syrah, a Cohn Restaurant Group venue. I pride my self on my ability to create terrific pairings when it’s come to food and any spirit and connecting with my clients. My role is to take Swift and Stiff’s event catering program to the next level by being able to have the freedom to work with each of our customers individual needs.

I’ve spent most of my life working in the hospitality industry. Born and raised in Los Angeles and have lived and worked in New York City and many years in San Diego. I have a strong passion for quality service, and have been involved in all different types of bar environments; from beach dive bar, to hotel, to nightclub, fine dining to cocktail lounge. I find myself always questioning how we can improve, exceed and supply our customers with the most exceptional product and service.
Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, I always knew my real home was somewhere in Southern California and I got lucky to land here in San Diego. Working in Pacific Beach and the Gaslamp District, I began to hone in on my high-volume service skills and quickly found my desire in craft cocktails and started my very own personal signature cocktail list. After all the years of working in the nightlife industry and many private events later, I found that there was a major need for a company that you can call do craft cocktail catering for your special events outside of bars and restaurants, and voila, Swift and Stiff started.
